RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns for damaged or wrong item delivered only. It has to be informed within 48 hours of recipt of the package.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- Original invoice/order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Fragile décor items (mirrors, glass, ceramics) unless damaged on delivery
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Return or exchange or refund only on damaged or wrong items. A clear Unboxing video with picture is required as proof to enable return refund or exchange. Return within 3 days in proper packing. The process will be initiated only after the returned item is received in our warehouse and after proper verification
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.
Return Process

- Our team will confirm return eligibility
- Return pickup will be arranged or return address will be shared
- Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Return Shipping
- Return pickup will be arranged for damaged or incorrect products
- For other returns, customer may bear return shipping charges
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within [12/24] hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
